We have taken down the "call to check in" signs in the parking lot, and are pretty much back to pre-covid procedures! We can still assist curbside if that is your preference, and masks are a personal preference as well. We are still unfortunately booking out wellness and vaccine appointments 3-4 weeks in advance. We will continue to schedule all technician procedures such as nail trims and anal gland expression. We do not have the staff or time slots during the day to take these appointments on a walk-in basis as we did in the past. It looks like we will continue to operate this way for the foreseeable future. We are still accepting new clients, but our main priority is our established clientele and we may not be able to offer immediate appointments to new clientele. Thank you for all your patience and kindness these past few years when operations were changing frequently. We love and appreciate you all more than you could ever know!
